BASEC Engineering (Blair & Sons Engineering Contractors Pty Ltd) is a client-side project management and engineering consultancy delivering infrastructure and disaster recovery projects across NSW and QLD.

Founded in Lismore in 2018, we work alongside local councils and state agencies to manage projects from planning and procurement through to construction, handover and close-out.

Project management is our core business. We bring strong governance, practical technical oversight and a deep understanding of DRFA compliance to keep projects moving, controlled and audit-ready.

With regional offices and ISO-certified systems in quality, safety and environment, BASEC delivers clear accountability and real outcomes on the ground.

BASEC Engineering brings over 500 years of combined professional experience and is successfully delivering and currently managing more than $600 million in infrastructure projects across NSW and QLD.

Our capabilities span end-to-end client-side project management and technical oversight across Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA), roads and bridges, building construction, water and sewage infrastructure, geotechnical design, and architecture and multidisciplinary design coordination.
